This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) 4.0 license.

Author Rights and Retention

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal, provided the use is non-commercial.
