Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript represents original research, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere (with any exceptions clearly explained in the submission comments).
• The submission strictly follows the journal's template and author guidelines, prepared in Microsoft Word.

• All required documents (Publication Request Form and Cover Letter) have been completed, signed, and submitted with the manuscript.
• All authors have approved the final version, with their full names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and the corresponding author's contact information clearly provided.
• References include Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) where available and comply with the journal's IEEE citation style.
• High-resolution images (if existed), proper file formatting, and all supplementary materials included
