The extent of the availability of dimensions of the quality of work life from the point of view of faculty members at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science - Misurata University"

The aim of this study was to explore the quality of work life and determine the extent to which its dimensions are available (quality of work environment and conditions, quality of technology used, quality of training and learning, quality of academic relationships, quality of promotions, incentives, and compensation). The descriptive approach was adopted, which involves providing a precise description of the phenomenon, as well as the analytical approach. A questionnaire was applied using a comprehensive survey method (120 respondents), and the data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) based on means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and linear regression analysis.
The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are:
- The level of quality of work life was average, with a mean score of (2.54).
- The degree of availability of the work environment and conditions dimension was average, with a general mean of (3.03).
- The degree of availability of the quality of the technologies used dimension was average, with a general mean of (2.44).
- The degree of availability of the quality of training and learning dimension was weak, with a general mean of (2.33).
- The degree of availability of the quality of academic relationships dimension was weak, with a general mean of (2.27).
- The degree of availability of the quality of promotions, incentives, and compensations dimension was average but tending to decline, with a general mean of (2.62).
