Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of electronic management requirements and their impact on training. The study problem was formulated in the following question: What is the availability of electronic management requirements and what is their impact on training? To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive and inductive approach to align these approaches with the purposes of the study, as data were collected from primary sources based on the questionnaire form. Then the researcher tabulated, analyzed and interpreted the data. The study community consists of all leaders at the National Institute of Administration, numbering (58) leaders. To represent the study community correctly, a comprehensive survey sample was selected from the study community with a size of (58) leaders, then the statistical package program was used to analyze the data. The following most important results were reached:

- The absence of a written policy for information technology and the absence of a classification guide for information.

- The availability of human requirements does not positively affect the management and operation of electronic management in training at the institute.

- The availability of network and communications requirements positively affects the management and operation of electronic management in training at the institute
