The study aimed to identify the extent to which elements of electronic management (devices and equipment, software, networks, and human resources) contribute to supporting knowledge management processes from the perspective of employees at the Social Affairs Branch in Al-Sabia. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher employed a descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of all employees at the Social Affairs Branch in Al-Sabia, totaling 33 employees, who were all selected through a comprehensive survey due to the small size of the study population. A questionnaire was used to collect data for the field study, and 30 questionnaires were retrieved, resulting in a response rate of approximately 91%. To analyze the study's hypotheses and achieve its objectives, means and standard deviations were used, along with multiple and simple linear regression analysis, utilizing the statistical program (SPSS). The study found that the estimates of the sample members regarding the degree of availability of electronic management elements at the Social Affairs Branch in Al-Sabia for all dimensions were at a moderate level. The results also indicated that the level of knowledge management application was moderate. Furthermore, the results showed that electronic management has a clear impact on supporting knowledge management processes, in addition to a statistically significant positive effect between each element of electronic management and knowledge management processes.
