Training Programs and Their Role in Enhancing Employees’ Performance Efficiency in Productive Organizations: A Field Study on the Training Department at the Libyan Iron and Steel Company in Misurata

This study aimed to analyze the role of training programs in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of employees’ performance in productive organizations, through a field study conducted at the Libyan Iron and Steel Company in Misurata. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and relied on questionnaire data distributed to 40 employees working in the production sector of the company, of which 34 questionnaires were retrieved.
Data were analyzed using the SPSS program, and the results revealed a strong positive impact of training programs on performance improvement. The findings also indicated that these programs contributed to the development of technological, technical, and communication aspects, which reflected positively on work quality, error reduction, and the enhancement of cooperation among employees. Furthermore, training programs reinforced the culture of continuous learning, increased job satisfaction and team spirit, and contributed to achieving the company’s strategic objectives and supporting its competitiveness.
