Abstract
This study aims to explore the requirements for achieving sustainability in faculties of education, providing a comprehensive analysis of the factors that enhance environmental, economic, and social sustainability in these educational institutions. The research adopts an analytical methodology, including a review of existing literature and multiple case studies from faculties of education. The focus is on three main aspects: environmental sustainability through improving resource efficiency and waste management, economic sustainability by ensuring financial stability and effective resource utilization, and social sustainability by promoting social equity and enhancing the work and learning environment. The study also addresses the challenges faced by faculties of education in achieving sustainability and recommends strategic actions to improve performance in environmental, economic, and social dimensions. The findings aim to present a framework that contributes to developing policies and practices supporting sustainability in faculties of education, ultimately improving education quality and ensuring the long-term sustainability of educational institutions.
