This study aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership dimensions, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration) on enhancing strategic performance at the General Electricity Company, West Coast Distribution Department. The descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and a questionnaire was designed as the primary tool for data collection, consisting of 22 items divided into two sections: the first related to personal data and the second to the study’s themes. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 64 individuals within the organization under study, of which 46 were retrieved, representing a response rate of 71.88%. The results were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS).
The study concluded with several findings, the most important of which is that there is a high level of transformational leadership in some of its dimensions, which constitutes a fundamental factor in the development and sustainability of organizations. This is achieved through its role in supporting and encouraging teamwork and participation in solving work problems by promoting a culture of positive dialogue and the exchange of diverse ideas and opinions, as well as reconciling them. However, the results also indicated a decline in some aspects of individualized consideration and in strategic performance. Overall, the study revealed a statistically significant impact of transformational leadership, across its four dimensions, on strategic performance in the organization under study.
