Abstract

     The aim of this study was to identify the level of work ethic as well as the level of organizational citizenship behavior in Al Madar Al Jadeed Company in Benghazi city and to know the impact of business ethics on organizational citizenship behaviors, The study was followed by the case study. The study population may be from the administrative staff of 77 administrative staff and the number of forms (71) is valid for analysis. The data were analyzed by statistical program of social sciences (Spss) The study has reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the dissemination of the ethical concepts and terminology that every employee in the service sector should have and the promotion of organizational citizenship behaviors.
