Organizational politicization and its relationship to job laziness A field study in the Education Monitoring Office in the central municipality of Zawiya

This study aimed to explore and determine the relationship between organizational politicization and job laziness, a field study in the Education Monitoring Office in the central municipality of Zawiya. The study population was represented by the employees of the Education Monitoring Office in the central municipality of Zawiya, which amounted to (370). Then, a simple random sample of (189) individuals was selected. The study adopted the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data. Statistical processing was carried out using the (SPSS) program. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational politicization and job laziness. There is also an impact relationship between the dimensions of organizational politicization (general politicized behavior, current submission to future advancement, politicization of rewards and promotions) on job laziness. In light of these results, some recommendations were reached, which would contribute to reducing the impact of organizational politicization, which helps in reducing job laziness and improving a more effective work environment.
