The Role of Administrative Leadership in Promoting Administrative Innovation at the Royal Private Hospital in Zawiya

This study addressed the role of administrative leadership in enhancing administrative creativity in the Royal Private Hospital in the city of Zawiya. This study aimed to identify the role of administrative leadership in enhancing administrative creativity through the characteristics and dimensions of administrative leadership. The descriptive approach was used in this study for its suitability for such studies. A comprehensive survey of the study community was used due to the small size of the community. (90) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample. The study reached many results, the most important of which were:
- There is a statistically significant role for administrative leadership in enhancing administrative creativity.
- The average of material incentive was 3.9, indicating a clear and positive role on administrative creativity.
- The role of moral incentive: The average of moral incentive was 4.1, indicating a high appreciation from the participants for its role in enhancing administrative creativity.
- The role of administrative guidance: Administrative guidance received an arithmetic average of 3.6, indicating a positive role in administrative creativity.
The researcher recommends focusing on developing effective guidance strategies that enhance communication between management and employees, which contributes to directing their efforts towards creativity.
Organizations should develop administrative leadership skills through specialized training programs, which contributes to enhancing administrative creativity.
