This study explores the crucial topic of "Values-Based Management and its Impact on the Success of Business Organizations," with a practical application to the Social Solidarity Fund in Al-Zawiya Branch. The study's significance lies in highlighting the role of values as a fundamental component of organizational culture and how their implementation can enhance institutional performance in the face of rapid global changes. The study aims to analyze the relationship between value-based practices and institutional performance, identify obstacles to implementing values-based management, and provide practical recommendations to enhance its role in motivating employees and developing performance. The study employs a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from a random sample of employees at the Social Solidarity Fund in Al-Zawiya Branch. The collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, such as the Chi-square test. The study's findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between implementing values of justice, integrity, social responsibility, and organizational loyalty, with institutional performance within the fund. The study recommended adopting a comprehensive strategy to promote institutional values and implement them continuously in all aspects of work.
