Abstract

The study aimed to measure the impact of the requirements for the transition to a smart electronic organization and its impact on the institutional performance of the United Insurance Company. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire was used by distributed 150 employees of the United Insurance Company. The study showed a statistically significant relationship between senior management support requirements and institutional performance. The study also indicated that there was a statistically significant effect between the human requirements and the institutional performance of the United Insurance Company. The study recommends the need to focus on modern technologies in the company and pay attention to human resources, training and developing them in order to achieve a modern smart electronic organization that keeps pace with the modern era.
