University of Zawia–Faculty of Arts Journal (UZFAJ) is a biannual (March/September), peer-reviewed and indexed scholarly publication issued by the University of Zawia, Libya, publishing original research in Arabic, English, and French. Initially established in 2001 as the Faculty of Arts Journal with broad coverage of humanities disciplines, it was restructured in 2022 under its current name with a specialized focus on history and tourism studies, Arabic/English/French, Islamic Studies, linguistics and literature, education and psychology, sociology, geography, social work, arts and media studies, and library and information sciences. Currently operating under the auspices of the University's Scientific Research and Consultancy Center, the journal has implemented an enhanced publishing system aligned with institutional scholarly communication policies to maintain rigorous academic standards.
